National Redi-Tread and Buffalo Welding worked together to build modern stairs at the Collective on Fourth building in Portland, Oregon. The space features lots of greenspace and glass to make a very comfortable workplace that feels like you are in a park. The stairs feature a suspended landing, black paint and stainless cable railings. RHINO TRED was installed at the very end of the construction project for a perfect finished result. No mess from a concrete pour. The stair treads contributed to achieving green building goals. Material efficiency, waste reduction, building efficiency, and LEED helped reduce environmental impact.

National Redi-Tread, along with Safe-T-Nose worked with a property management company in Ohio for a better solution to repairing an apartment stair. The building owner avoided needing to buy new stairs. By using National Redi-Tread metal stair pans, with RHINO TRED. The contractor saved 90% costs in material, stair fabrication, and install. This cost savings was passed to the building owner. The contractor was able to earn more. The metal stair pans, and precast treads were shipped from our production facility – directly to the job site. The contractor completed the repair job in under 8 hours.
